Experience Latin American culture and sweeping views of the Mediterranean at COYA Monte Carlo.

Inspired by the original fusion food of Peru, naturally light, healthy and colourful dishes are freshly prepared by Chef Fabrizzio Fossati and his team from our ceviche counter and open kitchen.

It’s always fiesta time in a vibrant setting brimming with plants and handmade furnishings. Signature cocktails and champagne are the norm in our Pisco Bar and Lounge as our DJs provide the party beats for late night dancing.
