New to COYA Paris this summer, guests can enjoy al fresco dining and Champagne cocktails on a newly refurbished terrace. Created in partnership with Veuve Clicquot, Le Jardin de COYA takes inspiration from both the Parisian gardens of the capital and COYA’s Latin American heritage, and features a large seating area and own bar.
Guests can enjoy Veuve Clicquot cocktails and wines by the glass underneath a beautiful canopy of greenery and surrounded by Peruvian decorations.
The a la carte menu will be available in Le Jardin de COYA and has been specially created to highlight the unusual and unexpected pairings between Veuve Clicquot wines and Peruvian cuisine. The menu will include dishes such as Sandia Ceviche with watermelon, cucumber, aji limo; Pez Limon with yellow tail, green chilli, daikon, orange tobico and Tacos. The Veuve Clicquot cocktails include Minthos made with COYA Pisco Quebranta, kumquat & combawa, lemon and Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.
