Seated at the central Ceviche Counter or by the Brassa Grill, diners can enjoy the theatre of the chefs’ skilful preparation of dishes that are served to share in a social and familial style of dining.
Surrounded by vibrant Incan colours, diners have the opportunity to appreciate the bespoke furniture complemented by the antique Latin American artwork.
COYA’s private dining room is the ideal setting for intimate gathering of friends and family. The space allows guests a spectacular view of the kitchen, however the drapes can also be drawn to offer guests more privacy when dining.
The stand out feature in the room is the eclectic mural painted by Brazilian graffiti artist Loro Verz. The rest of the room echoes COYA's Latin American style with elements of brass, wood and other trinkets.
We have curated a bespoke set menu available exclusively in the private dining room and deluxe dessert platter available for groups of up to 12. The room can be also be hired for standing canapé receptions for groups up to 25.
