Surrounded by vibrant Incan colours, diners have the opportunity to appreciate the bespoke furniture complemented by the antique Latin American artwork.

The Ceviche Counter sits at the heart of the restaurant and is available for walk in diners on a first come first served basis. Eight seats overlook the chefs preparing ceviches, tiraditos, causas and salads creating a casual and entertaining dining experience.
The Brassa Counter is situated in the main restaurant and is available for walk in diners on a first come first served basis. Six seats overlook the chefs preparing dishes cooked on the brassa grill and Josper oven. Dishes include anticuchos, grilled meats and vegetables.
COYA enclosed terrace offers a relaxed experience overlooking the skyline of Down Town where guests can enjoy a casual meal or refreshing beverage.
